At Gelin Diamond, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your fine jewelry, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Gelin Diamond gift box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope along with the authenticity certificate.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our gemologists inspect the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
